Here's some of the Interview:
Born Anthony Dajedi Williams 21 years ago in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois honed his skills in local school talents shows. When asked where the name Bishop City came from he stated, “I came up with the name Bishop because people were always telling me i look like Tupac Shakur growing up. I mean it never fails even to this day people come up to me asking me am i his son or close cousin. After a while they started to call me bishop because in the movie “Juice” his name was Bishop.” he also add, “City came when i was in college 06-07 and people were saying the stage name Bishop was just to plain it needed some pop some jazzing up if you will. That’s when i came up with City 2 basically say i am my own city and i got the ones i rep behind me as well.”
You gotta love it man i'm so appreciative about it all. I love you all....my fans, friends, supporters you all have been there from the start so now we will reap these benefits together
